TJ Matton, a social worker, psychotherapist, and playful revolutionist, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Catholic University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland. Passionate about the transformative power of play, TJ founded Windows Into Healing and The Playful Revolution.
Dedicated to social justice, TJ fights against systems of oppression that stifle curiosity and self-expression. Operating a clinical practice in Annapolis, Maryland, and a collaborative coaching business nationwide, she integrates trauma-informed care, incorporating modalities such as Brainspotting, ACT, Polyvagal, IFS, and Reproductive Psychology.
TJ offers clinical consultation on integrating play into trauma-informed care, conducts workshops on self-expression, and fosters collaborations with like-minded businesses. Scheduled to speak at conferences in 2024, TJ is committed to bridging the gap between clinicians and the broader community, envisioning a revolution in work, humanity, and interpersonal connections through the liberating power of play.
